Elvanoir Return & Refund Policy

At Elvanoir, every product is made and packed with care. Since many of our products are made-to-order, we currently offer returns and refunds only in specific situations mentioned below.

1. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

We offer replacement, return, or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size compared to your order

  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

Without proper proof, requests may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference issues

  • Slight color variation due to lighting/screen settings

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor thread or print variations that do not affect usability

Please carefully check the size chart before placing your order.

3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for production/shipping.

Once the order enters production, cancellation may not be possible because products are prepared specifically for each order.
